Cancellation/ refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• More than 24 Hours’ Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time up to twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled session start time. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a 100% full refund.

• Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of your appointment time are strictly non-refundable. Your session fee will be forfeited.

 

2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

• All readings start promptly at the scheduled time via Zoom/video call.

• Forfeited Sessions: If you do not log into the meeting room or answer the call within fifteen (15) minutes of your start time, your appointment will be officially marked as a "No-Show."

• No Refunds for No-Shows: No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you wish to book another session, you will need to pay the full price for a new appointment.

 

3. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that sudden, extreme emergencies happen. If you miss your window due to an emergency, please email us at sacredrootsliving@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
